IMPE Project
IASIS NGO and its partners conducted a project named “IMPE”, funded by Erasmus+, designed for educators, counsellors, caregivers, or mentors of people affected by mental health issues who struggle to participate in the labour market. The project strives to train those interested, whether formal or non-formal workers, and provides them with essential tools and techniques to enhance the work capabilities of the individuals for whom they care for. Trainees learn contemporary methods via on-site VET trainings, E-courses, Handbooks, work-based learning and, finally, at work.
