Programs to Facilitate Immigrational Integration
The Ministry of Immigration and Asylum has publicized a series of good practices to facilitate the integration of adult migrants into Greek society. Adult migrants can attend Second-Chance Schools to obtain Primary Educational qualification and then, if they are interested in pursuing greater educational qualifications, leading into the acquisition of modern knowledge and skills. Moreover, non-formal educational programs are carried out by the Government, with lessons about Greek language and Greek history and culture,thus acquiring language skills and becoming socially and culturally capable to merge into formal jobs.
