Diagnosis and Good Practices. Towards equality in domestic employment: Good practices for socio-labour insertion.
This document shares experiences, with its criteria and the initiatives arising from joint work, to enable everyone to have a deep and close look at the problems faced by women workers: especially those who work in the care sector; as well as to fight for the respect of their rights and non-discrimination. This document particularly raises awareness of the real situation of migrant women working in the domestic employment sector since the intersection of the foreigners’ regime legislation and, in this case, the domestic employment special regime in Spain which generates situations that increase the social exclusion that migrant women workers already face.
