Educational Program in the field of Care Sector

The educational program is oriented towards anyone who is interested in,or works in, the fields of care work for the elderly,or other vulnerable social groups. The seminar is certified by the European Care Certificate, and provides the learner with theoretical and practical understanding of the subject of social care. The basic education topics that are examined during the 3-day course are: the ability to identify signs of abuse and neglect, positive communication between the caregiver and the client, the promotion of the quality of life of the latter, the acknowledgement of the role of the caregiver, potential risks within the working environment which require safety precautions, and professional development in this field.
