HOPE: 1000 training and support courses addressed to refugees

After the success of the PILOT experimental project deployed with 200 migrants from Calais, AFPA (first national vocational training organization), supported by the Ministries of Home Office, Work and Housing and 7 organizations launched a new HOPE program addressed to refugees.
HOPE offers 1000 training and support courses addressed to refugees. It aims to support and train refugees for shortage occupations.
-200 hours to learn French
– 400 hours to learn “professional” French and explore professional opportunities through a collective operational preparation for employment
– 450 hours to build a professional project and acquire a first certification
-administrative and social support (health, mobility etc.)
– support for social inclusion ( French Republic values etc.)
