L’Ecole des Cuistots Migrateurs (Göçmen Şeflerin Okulu), mültecilere mutfak yönetimi alanında bir diploma kazanmayı hazır hale getirmeyi hedefler. Eğitim ücretsizdir ve dört buçuk ay sürer, bu eğitime 3 haftalık restoran stajı da dahildir. Fransızca dil kursu, uygulama eğitimi ve kişiselleştirilmiş destek de dahildir.
