Self-Assessment Framework for Adult Trainers
This framework is the outcome of “Migrants and Refugees as Reconstructionists” project with the aim to support refugees and migrants to re-build their lives, get accustomed to their new society and contribute back to their own countries. In this sense, a curriculum has been presented to the adult trainers to evaluate their own competences to help refugees and migrants integrate in society.
• Competences Assessment Framework
• Self-assessment Matrix and
• Internal Compass for Adult Trainers are the main parts in the document enabling trainers to evaluate and orientate their own training process.
Through these tools, an adult educator can prepare himself/herself to work with a migrant/refugee both psychologically and sociologically. It serves as a golden compass through Andragogy.
